*Excluded Employees: Collective Bargaining (union) Employees, Non-resident Aliens, & Part-time/Temp/Seasonal

- Deferrals & Match: Monthly
- Non-Elective: January 1st & July 1st

6-year graded (1,000 Hours in a Plan Year)
